RETURN/REFUND POLICY


Our priority is customer service. Your fixture is a custom product that is made specifically for you. Orders placed on our website will clearly outline the specifics of your order and will be verified through a telephone call from an Invironments representative. These products are not returnable. However, if you receive something other than what you ordered or there is a material or manufacturing defect, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Please bring incorrect orders and/or defects to our attention within 15 days of receipt of your custom order.


Invironments cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control such as delays due to acts of war, weather, raw material supply, etc.


A RETURN AUTHORIZATION number is REQUIRED for all returns. Returns will not be accepted and your account will not be credited if you do not have a return authorization number. If you need to return merchandise, please contact us at 207-848-7770 or 1-877-580-6753. Representatives are available Mon – Fri, 8 am to 4 pm EST. Please have your order number available so we can handle your return as quickly and accurately as possible.
